Saddleback Heights is located in North Peoria, AZ. The entire project has topographic features typical of a Sonoran desert setting. The goal of the project is to be sensitive to the natural elements of the land and to preserve and celebrate the nature features. The property is characterized by sloping ridges and wash features. Open space areas are designed to include natural desert and link to open space throughout the project.
