Elyson is a destination within the Katy Prairie. With a focus on sustainability, and inspired by the Frank Lloyd Wright’s Prairie Style architecture, the community’s amenities such as the Elyson House recreation center are designed in a Prairie Modern style. The developer, Newland Communities, relocated 21 mature oak trees to make way for utilities and other vital infrastructure. These stunning trees were transplanted to a site near Elyson’s amenity center, The Elyson House.
