Las Vegas typical production builder project within the master plan of Summerlin by Howard Hughes. Master Plan has adjacent paseos that we would like to try and certify asap. Onsite landscape areas are very minimal and Howard Hughes design criteria is strict and tough to alter. Native material is likely not acceptable and milkweed could be tough to get Hughes approval. the adjacent Paseos in the Master Plan are part of the Master HOA and fees are paid by our homeowners to this Master HOA. These areas are all natural and native material for excellent native habitat.
