This is another Howard Hughes, Summerlin Master Plan project. Adjacent Paseos may be viable for certifying, the onsite landscaping is strictly under the Summerlin Redpoint Criteria (just like Castellana). We don't have landscape plans yet for this site, but will be working on these soon and selecting a sub. I will send the plans as soon as these are created in hopes they can be used as well.
