A Howard Hughes, Summerlin Master Plan community. This project is only 7.5 acres and 54 home sites. There is a large master plan paseo on the entire SW side of the project that certainly meets the certification criteria today. The project is land development complete and the landscaping onsite is extremely limited. I will email the landscape plans that we are installing and nearly complete with now for review and possible certification.
