Las Brisas Phase 2 is a 312-acre master planned residential community, located in the City of Goodyear, Arizona. Las Brisas Phase 2 consists of 912 single-family lots and includes 58.6 acres of open space, totaling approximately 20% of the overall project area. The open space consists of two large community parks, in addition to several smaller pocket parks and walking paths throughout the entire community.
