Arborwood North ph 4/5 is the first phase of a three phase 340 home Taylor Morrison community which in turn is part of the larger 751 unit Arborwood community shared with one other builder (confusing I know). Combining all three phases of the Arborwood North TM community totals 162.15 acres.

Arborwood North is adjacent to large wetland tracks with beautiful mature forest to both the east and the west. Phase 4/5 will have 3 recreational amenity tracts and multiple passive open space tracts. The project as a whole will have a central 2+ acre community park.
