Senderos is a sloped 60 unit townhome community with views for the higher elevation homes. A protected wetland and buffer area on the eastern portion of the site will be enhanced with native plantings and the removal of invasive species.

The community will have two separate small parks with active recreation so all residents can easily access a green space.
