5 acre pond adjacent to Army Corps of Engineers land. The Army Corps land is adjacent to Lake Lewisville and has been preserved in its natural state. We also have a 9 acre undisturbed parcel which connects our property with Lake Lewisville. It currently has a natural walking path from the community down to the lake.
