Longview is located along Kellam Road in Del Valle, Texas. It location offers a rural feel with acres of farmland nearby. With nearly 3.5 miles of trails, 1.5 miles of multi-modal paths and several pocket parks there is no shortage of outdoor activity. Two major greenbelt systems help connect members of the community to others phases of the project including the Amenity Center. Longview AC offers a large swimming pool, several walking trails, as well as a monarch garden and nature play space.
