Skye Ranch will feature nearly 1800 acres of natural Florida developed around wetlands and a mesic hammock. This site is home to several bald eagle nests that have been incorporated into the design to conceal the natural beauty. The site is also home to Gopher Tortoises, owls, Sandhill Cranes and much more. The wetlands have all been mitigated to remove and invasive species by physically removing the unwanted plants and are continually monitored.
