Combs Ranch is located in Pinal County and will be developed in three phases with 769 homes at project completion. The community design incorporates a connective network of open space to create a walkable community where residents of all phases can easily access all the amenities. The main amenity will be built with the first phase to include a restroom building, pool, tot lot and community butterfly garden. Additional smaller amenities will be available in the other phases.
