Reedy Creek Swamp Wetlands in approximately 1,959.61 acres of undeveloped forested wetlands that are owned and controlled by Taylor Morrison near the communities of Solivita and West View. These wetlands abut wetlands already owned and controlled by South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD), thus offering benefits to the District by adding conservation lands adjacent to their lands already preserved. Reedy Creek runs through the property. Taylor Morrison will designate these lands with a conservation easement to be preserved in perpetuity.
