Nature Play Space™

The Avalon at Riverstone NWF Certified Nature Play Space™️ is a one-of-a-kind destination where children and families can connect with nature. Playful, winding pathways lead children to and from whimsical features like a “nest” perched atop a grassy play mound, a boulder hill scramble and embankment slide, and a water pump--sized just for kids--that flows to a pebbled dry stream bed. Parents can relax and connect in the shaded pavilion while kids dig in the sand, explore the child-friendly butterfly gardens, and run up and down small hills. This space changes with the seasons and offers families something new – and natural – to discover together with each visit throughout the year.
